The terms that govern each Whitecap Data service. When you sign an Order Form that references a service below, that Order Form and these Terms together form your agreement with us.

What governs your engagement

• Order Form + service Terms: the signed Order Form names your service, tier, and fees; the linked service Terms above set the full conditions. Together they are the agreement.
• Statement of Work (SOW): any SOW referenced on the Order Form is incorporated into the agreement.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.
• Security: see our Trust page.
