Prospect lists and outreach that actually convert.

We find the buyers most likely to say yes — by criteria you define, with intent signals we layer in — then run the outreach that opens the door. Quality of conversation over volume of spam.

Who it's for

Who hires us for this.

B2B with a specific buyer profile

If you can describe your ideal customer in 2-3 sentences (industry, size, role, location), we can build a list of every business that matches.

Service businesses going national

Already crushing it locally and ready to expand. We find the look-alike businesses in adjacent geographies.

Founders tired of unpredictable inbound

Inbound leads are great when they come, but you need a baseline of pipeline you control. Outbound fills that gap.

What's included

What's in the engagement.

Ideal-customer-profile workshop

60-90 minute call to nail down exactly who you want to talk to. Without this, every list is junk.

Custom prospect list

Built from Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, public business records. Names, titles, emails, company data — verified before we send anything.

Outreach sequences

3-5 touch email sequences written for your voice and your offer. Plain text, personalized. Not spammy templates.

Send infrastructure

Dedicated sending domain, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, warmup, deliverability monitoring. So your messages land in inboxes, not spam folders.

Response handling

Replies route to you. We handle the "not interested" auto-classification so you only see the conversations worth having.

Weekly performance report

Sent, opened, replied, meetings booked. Plus learnings — what subject lines worked, which segments resonated.

How we work

How we go from "who would buy this" to booked meetings.

Two weeks from kickoff to first send. After launch we tune weekly, refine sequences as data comes in, and scale the volume up as deliverability earns it.

ICP workshop

60–90 minute call to nail down exactly who you want to talk to: industry, size, role, geography, and the buying signal you'll respond to. Days 1–2.

List build

Pull, enrich, dedupe, and verify against your suppression list. Typical first list is 1,000–5,000 contacts depending on niche breadth. Days 3–6.

Sequence build + warmup

Write the 3–5 touch sequence in your voice. Spin up the dedicated sending domain, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, run the warmup, test deliverability across Gmail + Outlook. Days 7–10.

Launch + iterate

Send in batches of 100–200/day. Weekly review of opens, replies, meetings booked. First sequence tune by week 3, sustained sends from there. Days 11–14, then ongoing.

Pricing

Three tiers, start where you are.

Lead Generation runs $500, $1,500, or $3,000 a month. Start small and move up as it pays off. The right tier depends on list size, sequence complexity, and how much of the reply handling we cover. That sits well below the $2,000–$15,000+/month most agencies charge, and that's the point: we're built to be the affordable local option, not a watered-down premium service. No long-term commitment.

Common questions

FAQ.

Is this cold email?

Yes — done well. Cold outreach is legal in the US (CAN-SPAM compliant) and effective when the messages are genuinely useful and the list is well-targeted. We don't blast generic templates. Every send is personalized to the recipient and their company, in your voice, in plain text (no tracking pixels, no fancy HTML). The bar is "would the person be glad you reached out" — we won't send anything that wouldn't pass it.

Will this hurt our domain reputation?

Not when it's set up correctly. We send from a dedicated outreach domain (e.g. outreach.yourcompany.com or get-yourcompany.com) that's fully separate from your main email — its reputation is what's at risk, and your main domain stays protected. Setup includes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, a 2–3 week warmup with tools like Mailwarm or Instantly, and continuous monitoring of inbox-placement rates, bounce rates, and spam-complaint thresholds. If a sending domain ever underperforms we rotate to a fresh one before it hits production volume.

How many meetings should I expect?

Highly dependent on the offer and the precision of the list. A well-tuned B2B campaign typically lands a 25–45% open rate, 3–8% reply rate, and books 3–10 qualified meetings per 1,000 contacts. Higher-ticket and tighter-niche offers (e.g. CFO software for $50M+ wineries) sit at the top of the range; broad-net offers sit at the bottom. We'll model realistic numbers for your specific case during the ICP workshop instead of quoting an industry average.

What about LinkedIn outreach?

We can run LinkedIn alongside email, but for most B2B offers email outperforms LinkedIn 3:1 on meeting-booking rate and is much faster to scale. LinkedIn shines when the role is heavily LinkedIn-active (recruiters, BD leaders, VCs) or when your offer is visually demonstrable. We start with email — it's cheaper to test — and add LinkedIn only when the data says it'll move the number.

Can I see your sequences before they go out?

Yes — every campaign starts with a copy review. You read every line of every email before a single send goes live. Your edits get incorporated; we re-run the deliverability test on the final version. The voice should sound like you wrote it, and you should genuinely agree with what's being sent.

What if someone replies asking to be removed?

Removed immediately and added to a permanent suppression list. We process unsubscribes the same business day (often within minutes), and we never re-add a suppressed contact to a future list — not even on a different campaign. CAN-SPAM requires 10 business days; we treat that as the absolute backstop, not the target.

Are there offers this doesn't work for?

A few. Low average order value B2C (anything under ~$100 LTV) — the economics don't pencil out for personalized 1:1 outreach. Brand-new product categories where no one is searching for the problem yet — outbound assumes the prospect already knows they have the pain. And anything regulated where cold contact is restricted (health insurance, certain financial products). We'll tell you on the ICP call if your offer falls into one of these, before you commit to the work.

Can I take this in-house if I want to later?

Yes — the sending domain, the list (including everyone we've ever contacted and who opted out), the sequence templates, and the deliverability infrastructure all stay with you. 30-day notice to wind down, no penalty. We'll document anything custom we built so your next sender — in-house or another agency — can pick it up without rebuilding from scratch.
